From historic coaching inns with crackling fireplaces and centuries-old beams to trendy riverside gastropubs and hidden speakeasies, Young’s represents the best of British pub culture. For over 15 years, Propeller has been a trusted partner, helping Young’s navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape.
We’ve designed and developed 225 websites, including their central website and individual sites for each of their managed pubs and hotels. Our ongoing performance campaigns have resulted in a 20% increase in online table reservations and a 15% rise in website traffic across the Young’s portfolio.

The Solution
We launched targeted SEO campaigns, including research on location-based and seasonal keywords like ‘pub gardens in London’, alongside the creation of engaging blog content and social media campaigns. Our summer pub garden campaign, for instance, resulted in 2k increase in conversions. We also developed a bespoke API solution for Young’s Design My Night booking system, a truly unique and industry-leading tool. This solution streamlines the booking process, allowing customers to specify their preferences (e.g., table size, location within the pub) and instantly see availability.
As the hospitality industry recovered from the pandemic, we focused on revitalising Young’s business by driving bookings through a targeted PPC campaign for the Rugby Six Nations. This strategically targeted campaign, utilising Google Ads and social media advertising, resulted in a 14% increase in conversion rate.
