The Opportunity
Tivoli Audio originated in Boston in 2000 with just one radio. Today they share their passion for music and design with customers all over the world.
The American company needed to showcase their beautifully designed, high quality audio equipment online in a way that spoke to each of their customer personas, from the ‘fitness freak’ to the ‘vintage nerd’. Propeller was just the ticket they needed.
The Solution
We conducted a full website design, creating blended landing pages to meet the needs of each customer persona. To create a better experience for customers searching online, we developed a new library for storytelling and a separate ‘learn’ based product route.
We also transitioned the brand from a custom environment to a multi-store front with Shopify Plus in the UK, Europe, Sweden, Australia and the USA.
