Last night the eCommerce Awards for Excellence came to London, recognising the best online retailers, agencies and innovators in the eCommerce industry.

With an amazing year of eCommmerce projects behind us, we were excited about what the night would hold…

Winners: Best Agency – eCommerce Design, Creative, Marketing, Social Media, PR etc.

In a room full of some of the best talent and agencies in the UK, we were totally thrilled to win Best Agency.

With over 10 years experience working with eCommerce clients, from launching new eCommerce brands online to website redesigns and migrating across platforms, our team are experts in their field. Over the past year, we have continued to challenge the limits of what an eCommerce website can achieve. The award is a true testament to our incredible team and our amazing clients who we love working with.

Monreal London's new website

We are delighted to have won Best Leisure website with such an incredible brand as Monreal.

Monreal London are an active wear brand that blur the lines between sport and fashion. Clothing is both aesthetically chic and functional, using high-tech fabrics without compromising on style.

We’ve worked together over the last few years to deliver a unique website that gives them a different point of view in the luxury sportswear market. Customer experience is championed throughout as users are guided step by step through the buying process.

Consider a guest checkout for customers who don’t want to make an account. You may loose additional customer data but you will get their email address and that’s all you need to follow up with them, start a relationship and encourage loyalty.

Reduce the number of steps needed to checkout or consider putting it all on one page. These days, people are most likely looking at multiple tabs in their browser or even using multiple devices at one time – make sure the process is so easy that they could do it with their eyes closed…(almost).

We’d love to say a big thank you to the eCommerce Awards for such an amazing evening.
Until next time!
