Rain?… What Rain?!

What’s new? – Britain is set to be having one of the wettest Summers we’ve had in a long while.

Will that stop us? No! In true British spirit, we’ll be braving the rain and basking in every little bit of sun there is.

Although England may not be at the top of your list for Al fresco dining; our favourite outdoor spots this Summer are not to be missed.  We’ve picked our top five outdoor drinking and dining spots in London, and we’ve got one for all occasion…

One for the foodie…

Enjoy some authentic Spanish tapas dishes and a glass of wine in the brand new outdoor terrace area at Drury Lane.

One for the brunch lover…

Modern Pantry

Dig in to one of Modern Pantry’s delicious brunches in their spacious outdoor area in St. John’s Square; and if it is a bit chilly, check out their classic hot chocolate!

The Ship Wandsworth

Being one of South London’s favourite riverside pubs since 1896, the huge outdoor garden is always packed and never disappoints for a fun afternoon. Be sure not to forget to try a burger from the Young’s Burger Shack, which has a resident spot at The Ship this Summer.

One for the fine diner….

Totos garden is somewhat enchanting. It’s a truly stunning spot to have lunch. With Ivy climbing up the walls, it feels as if you’re in a secret garden! Sip on a cocktail before dinner and then explore the menu, full of Italian delights.

One with a view…

Terrace dining

The Gun Docklands

The Guns terrace sits right on the river and is the perfect place to host a private Summer party.

If you’re not really into boat parties, this is definitely the next best thing!
