The Quince Tree approached Propeller for a way which could effectively showcase each of their locations online.
The flagship, Stonor, comprises of a traditional country Pub and Dining Room, along with a Café, Wine Bar, Farm Shop and Food Hall, all nestled in the heart of Oxfordshire’s beautiful Chiltern Hills. The café/deli concept was then expanded to London, set against the picturesque backdrop of Clifton Nurseries in Maida vale. Most recently, The Quince Tree expanded their empire to a café at Henley’s River & Rowing museum.
Propeller rolled out each location on its own website, all of which are a mirror image of one another. Interconnected via a multi-venue landing page, the user may select the location of their choice, with the option to ‘Switch Venue’ ever present wherever you are on the sites. The grid design of the landing page allows for new venues to be added as the Quince Tree brand continues its inevitable expansion across the UK!
Much like the beautiful locations themselves, Propeller created a fresh, clean white landscape, broken up with neutral greens, allowing the stunning images to speak for themselves, with the option to close text regions in order to reveal the image to full impact. We also integrated their highly active Instagram feed to bring movement and life to every page.
We built a CMS Gallery platform for The Quince Tree to present their powerful photography -featuring a carousel of images which the user can scroll through, as well as a thumbnail gallery of images to give a fully comprehensive viewing experience.
