With 9 venues open in London and 5 internationally, Ping Pong Dim Sum’s reach stretches far and wide.

Ping Pong’s unique offering of all-day Dim Sum, speciality teas and distinctive cocktails is inspired by traditional Chinese tea rooms.

Following a rebrand of Ping Pong Dim Sum that combined London’s personality and China’s ancient tea traditions, we leveraged these brand inspirations to the forefront of digital communications. We did this by creating a new, fully responsive website.

Website Objectives

  • To communicate the Ping Pong Dim Sim philosophy online – simple, stylish, innovative yet traditional, and most importantly fun.
  • Deliver a Responsive build to drive their Loyalty program
  • To increase table bookings
  • To illustrate the international reach of the brand both in terms of its inspiration, but also venues
  • To display their innovative and seasonal storytelling menus across the website before a visitor even steps through the door.

What we did

It was the rich roots of the brand’s ancient Chinese heritage that was at the heart of this design, creating an immersive experience that showcases the brand’s fresh and exciting content and allowing every visitor to the website to become a part of "The World of Ping Pong Dim Sum".

A responsive design that allows visitors to explore the website and book a table with key content prioritized on smaller devices.

The website encourages a premium user experience, by way of a simple and clear navigation, robust data capture and strong CMS controlled call to actions for menus, parties, master classes and more.

The main approach was to encompass a bookings console on all key pages so as to encourage a high conversation rate, but also offering visitors the chance to view the variety of menus across the website
