“Your local Italian caffè bar and deli” - served up a fresh new website

Upmarket Italian delicatessen chain La Bottega serves fresh homemade food, delicious coffee and authentic Italian groceries.

Founded in 2005 by husband and wife duo Bepi and Robert Augustin, the brand has grown from one site in Chelsea to seven dotted across London, with more on the way.

After receiving investment from a London-based fund, we have worked closely with La Bottega to redevelop their website and online presence.

Responsive website design

What we did

We created a bespoke website design that emanated their in-store qualities and also enhanced the user journey throughout using responsive technology .

We made the website a slick and informative experience by including a full list of locations, food, wine and catering menus, as well as a featured products catalogue, displaying all content on desktop and other devices.

This resulted in a 15% increase in site engagement and a 17% increase in traffic from other devices month on month.

What we did

Loyalty integration

We have worked with La Bottega to deliver a sophisticated customer loyalty programme with a third party integration to manage the card registration process, loyalty points and consumer data capture online.

Since the launch of the loyalty scheme, La Bottega has been able to target new audiences and increase return custom in-store, encouraging interaction with the new website for loyalty card activation.
