A brand with an extraordinary eye for detail - both in their venues and online!

The Drake & Morgan collection has seven beautiful bars and restaurants in London priding themselves on delicious food using seasonal, local ingredients.

We partnered with Drake & Morgan initially in 2008 with the launch of The Refinery and have continued to work closely with the group to launch a further 7 innovative design led websites as well as manage their email marketing.

Most recently we re-launched the websites that now sit on a centrally managed CMS platform facilitating easy updates across the websites. Moving to this new platform resulted in the brand experiencing a conversion rate increase of over 50%.

What we did

Bespoke CMS Platform

We created a bespoke CMS platform for Drake & Morgan. The platform allows a variety of control over the websites, giving the ever growing bars & restaurants the freedom to update content in real time – from event listings to images, copy, menus, and key regions. The platform gives Drake & Morgan the ability to integrate other marketing initiatives into their online presence.

Responsive Website

No content is compromised in the user journey – no matter the viewer’s device. A hierarchy of information was applied, focusing on the key goals of the website – how to find the venue, book, and discover the Drake & Morgan brand and its many offerings.

Booking Optimisation

We worked with Drake & Morgan’s third party booking provider to integrate bookings, event enquiries, and data capture consoles into the new websites.

The implementation of these consoles resulted in database growth of over 30% in the first 5 months of the websites launch
