Strategy Lead

Who we are

We are Propeller – a digital agency delivering exceptional websites and digital campaigns for a broad array of clients. We’re a group of friendly, like-minded people who care about our clients, our work and each other, and we’re looking for a lead to create short and long term digital strategies for new and existing clients.

We have ambitious plans for continued development of strategy services and the role it plays in the overall growth of the agency, and need someone experienced, talented and driven to join us on this journey.

Role Requirements

  • We will expect you to work in a hybrid model, working from our London office 3 days a week

About the role

  • The Strategy Lead is a key role within the agency. Working with the Head of Strategy, the role’s focus is to solve client’s problems such as helping them to create new revenue streams, elevate brand awareness or drive sales.
  • You’ll be a thinker, shaper and the glue for our propositions and subject matter experts. You’ll understand what market-leading digital capabilities look like and you’ll develop strategies for our clients to get them there. You’ll work with all areas of Propeller to ensure our capability is effectively pitched to our clients.
  • Shaping our responses to enquiries, RFQ, RFI, RFP etc, to build context via storytelling and augment Propeller’s services in a way that makes our services compelling to win opportunities.
  • Alongside the Head of Strategy, continuously develop and commercialise propositions, feeding these into Client Acquisition, Client Growth, Delivery and Client Success teams, up-skilling as required.
  • Support the entire agency in developing opportunities, providing hints/tips on spotting opportunities, asking the right questions, supporting / leading on proposals and attending pitches as required.
  • Deliver the strategic of new & existing client projects.
  • Support the wider business in achieving business targets.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Enthusiastic and ambitious for themselves and Propeller who will drive clients to the next level
  • Must have previous experience in a digital agency, with a solid track record in a strategy function
  • Ability to set and deliver strategic services for our clients
  • Has experience in putting together creds and pitch decks
  • Willing to speak up and put their opinion across
  • We expect a good understanding of design, technology and data which is current and emerging in digital
