Your role

The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for managing the strategy, implementation, and optimisation of paid social media campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. The role is both operational and client-facing, requiring the ability to manage multiple campaigns, demonstrate ROI, and provide actionable insights to clients. You will work closely with the Director of Performance to grow and maintain revenue, while also collaborating with the Account Management team to ensure client success.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, implement, and optimise paid social media campaigns to achieve client goals and maximise return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage end-to-end paid social activities, from research and strategy to ad creation, testing, tracking, and reporting.
  • Monitor ongoing results, troubleshoot, and optimise campaigns based on performance data, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct audience targeting and segmentation across platforms to ensure that campaigns reach the right audience at the right time.
  • Work closely with the Performance and Account Management teams to align paid social strategies with broader digital marketing efforts, including PPC, Display, and SEO.
  • Provide input on clients’ overall digital strategies, integrating paid social insights and recommendations to enhance their digital presence.
  • Keep track of key performance metrics, benchmarking, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns across major platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising tools, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and reporting.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced agency environment, handling multiple accounts and campaigns.
  • A commercial focus with a solid understanding of how to deliver client goals while maintaining profitability.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Experience in managing campaigns across additional paid media channels (e.g, PPC, Display).
