Digital Account Executive

We are the country's leading specialists in developing online strategies for the UK’s top bars, restaurants and pubs and we are searching for an individual with passion, commitment, and genuine ability to join our London team.

We are a rapidly growing agency with an exciting client base of high profile new and heritage hospitality clients. We are recruiting an enthusiastic Account Executive to work within the agency. The Account Executive will work primarily with venue managers or marketing teams and will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of digital marketing initiatives for a number of pubs, bars and restaurants.

This role needs someone who is incredibly organised and detail-oriented. We have a lot going on, so the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines is a must. It’s also quite interactive, so we need someone with great communication skills who will be confident and comfortable engaging with our clients on the phone, via email and in person.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Providing consistent, helpful and enthusiastic service to clients via phone and email conversations
  • Executing website updates and email marketing for all venues
  • Supporting the Account Managers and Account Director in taking clear briefs from clients for online projects, submitting them to internal project teams and managing them through to execution and launch in a timely fashion
  • Supporting the AM/AD in monthly and seasonal promotional activity briefed by client marketing departments and rolling out new client websites

Digital Team Assistant

We are a rapidly growing digital agency with an exciting client base across the luxury, lifestyle and hospitality sectors. We partner with many of our clients on a long term basis to ensure their digital strategy is seamlessly executed across channels with a particular focus in delivering outstanding websites and email campaigns.

We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Team Assistant to work within the agency. The Team Assistant will support the Project Management Team, in taking clear briefs from clients for online projects, submitting them to internal project teams and managing them through to execution and launch in a timely fashion.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting the team in the preparation of project documentation
  • Assisting with creative briefs and internal feedback
  • Content entry for live and un-live sites
  • Assisting with specifications, working with Project Managers to help construct build brief / technical specification
  • SEO creation
  • Researching new features / functionality
  • Supporting the team by testing sites (pre and post launch) in various scenarios, testing new features pre launch and assisting Project Managers with managing test feedback

  • Ad hoc administrative tasks for the team and projects that are running
  • Attending some meetings both internal and external (project dependent) and recording notes

  • Assisting with the post live reporting on site’s performance each month

We require a high energy and enthusiastic Account Manager with outstanding communication skills to join our Account Management team and independently manage a high profile, hospitality focussed client list.

Reporting to the head of the hospitality account management team, you will personally oversee the execution and implementation of existing website developments and eMarketing campaigns. This is a key role which requires strong attention to detail and organisation as well the ability to take initiative and develop new ways of optimising our client’s websites and customer retention techniques.

We are looking for someone with an enthusiasm for the businesses and brands that we work with, who can inspire our clients with new ideas on how to push the boundaries of their online strategy. Positive can do attitude and ability to communicate with individuals/clients across all levels of seniority is a must.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Providing consistent, helpful and enthusiastic service to your clients by meeting, phone, email
  • Report back to head of hospitality AM team weekly with updates on ongoing online maintenance, projects and development opportunities for your accounts
  • Responsible for the execution of ongoing long and short term updates/launches
  • Briefing Internal project teams on client’s requirements
  • Taking clear design briefs from clients on their online projects and managing them through to execution and launch in a timely fashion.
  • Optimising relationships with dedicated accounts to generate significant returns on clients’ investment – Acting consultatively in helping them to achieve increased online success.

Desired technical skills & experience:

  • Passion for cool bars and restaurants with previous digital experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge and personal interest in social media
  • Some previous experience with Google Analytics, Word Press & 37 Signals Suite (Highrise and Basecamp or similar)

Business Data Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Data Analyst with outstanding communication skills and a passion for Google Analytics and SEO to join our Rugby team. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

As a Business Data Analyst you will be working closely with colleagues across both the Rugby and London offices, conducting full site audits in order to identify key issues and find ways to improve the user experience of a website.

Your skills should include some, if not all of the following:

  • Expertise in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Knowledge in PPC to include; AdWords editor and keyword planner
  • Strong ability to report and analyse data
  • Experience in conversion rate optimisation and data driven design
  • Up to date knowledge of all aspects of ethical SEO, including:
    • Onsite SEO – ability to integrate and implement keyword phases and execute on-page SEO elements (H-tags, Images, ALT text, meta data etc.)
    • Keyword research and analysis - ability to prioritise keywords targeting strategies for local, national, and eCommerce campaigns
